Whatever the rating applicable to the books you purchase, the books are second-hand and will generally display at least some evidence of prior use or minor defect.
Accordingly, we accept no responsibility for the quality or condition of any of the books for sale on this website.
All books listed for sale on this website are in stock and for sale at the prices specified. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery costs are in addition to the price specified. Delivery costs are at the rates quoted on this website at the time of purchase.
If you would like to purchase any book listed on this website, please click the "add to cart" button to the right side of the book's title and it will be added to your cart. Additional books listed can be added to your cart at any time by the same process.
When you are ready to complete your purchase, please click the "proceed to payment" button from your cart and you will be directed through the payment process.
Payment must be effected using the PayPal payment system accessible via the link on this website. Details of the PayPal payment procedure are described in the payment process.
Books are offered for sale only to people who can make legally binding contracts and should not be purchased by people under the age of 18.
Title in a book does not pass to you until payment has been received in full.
Risk of loss or damage to the books purchased passes to you upon despatch.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your order and request a refund of the price paid within 24 hours of purchase by clicking on the "Contact" link on this website and sending a message quoting the number of your order as specified in the purchase confirmation email we send to you following your purchase. After this time your order may have been despatched and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds on cancelled books will be in accordance with PayPal's refund policy applicable from time to time.
We will exchange any books purchased on this website within 3 business days of their delivery to you (5 business days where delivered outside Victoria) provided the books are returned to:

in substantially the same condition they were in at the time of despatch and accompanied by proof of purchase. We will not refund delivery or freight charges.
Delivery
All books purchased on this website will be despatched within 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
We deliver books anywhere in Australia using the services of our delivery contractor which is currently Toll Priority.
Once your order is collected by Toll Priority for delivery, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the books ordered or any delay in delivery but will use reasonable endeavours to track orders where possible. If an order is delayed please check first with Toll Priority quoting the consignment number of your order as specified in the purchase confirmation email we send to you following your purchase. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of purchase (7 business days outside the Melbourne metropolitan area), please contact us by clicking on the "Contact" link on this website.
We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure delivery time frames are met. However, by placing an order online you agree not to hold us liable for any loss or damage (whether directly or indirectly) arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver items ordered within our estimated time frame.
